Shop Policies

All of the items available in both my blog shop and Etsy shop are handcrafted by me, Vicky Guile.  Please note that these are scale collectors items and are therefore not suitable for children.
I go to great measures to ensure that my miniature creations are as realistic as possible, carefully blending polymer clay to the correct shade, applying pigment powders to enhance details and varnishing to enhance the realism where neccessary.   I do not use any polymer clay work by any other artisan in my creations, if any canework is used… it is my own. Occassionally I may include items of tableware etc that are crafted by other artisans, I ALWAYS give credit when and where it is due.

Payments

Payments are accepted via PayPal methods. Please make sure that you pay for your purchases within seven days. I can not post items until payment has been made.

Postage and Packing

Worldwide Postage Rate of £2.40 no matter how many items you order!

PLEASE NOTE: That in order to maximise my working time (and to fit in with the busy schedule that being a working stay at home mum brings)… I ONLY POST PARCELS ONCE PER WEEK… All purchases made from Monday through to Sunday will be carefully wrapped and packed ready for posting the following MONDAY.

All items are posted with proof of posting. Postal insurance is optional and available upon request, it is not included in the basic postal charge. I do highly reccommend the purchase of postal insurance – especially for OOAK creations!  Please add a note to your PayPal invoice if you would like to also like to be invoiced for additional postal insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase I ask that you notify me via email/message and return said item within 14 days of reciept, please acquire proof of posting for any parcel that you return. I can not give a refund if any item is lost in the post on return without you having a proof of posting.
